Return and Refund Policy
Purchased items are eligible for return for 30 days after your purchase. If you need to return your order, we want to make the process as easy as possible. Following the four steps below will make your return easy.
1. Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include in your email the invoice number and a short decription of why the item is being returned. We will email a RMA number that is needed to return your order.
2. Securely package your return. Your order should be packaged in the same manner as it was received. Be sure to include item(s) and any accessories that may have been shipped with your battery.
3. Write your RMA number below the shipping address.
4. Send your return shipment by GROUND SHIPMENT using a shipper that provides Delivery Tracking or Confirmation (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) to:

Returns must be received in resellable condition. Since most items are manufactured specifically to fill an order, a 15% re-stocking fee may be assessed to returned orders.
Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
